Professional and Expert Construction Company

Projects Unlimited was founded at the end of 2018 by three partners that each have a unique skill set in the industry. The skill sets being Project Management, Contract Surveying (QS) and Electrical Contracting.

Together they have 45 years’ experience in the construction industry and thought it was time to get the show on the road. Their vision being the combination of their skill sets in delivering projects to clients on time, to specification and within budget.

Projects Unlimited has the ability to bring together the practical side of construction with the monetary side as all the partners have experience in the practical as well as the financial execution of projects.

This means that Projects Unlimited is able to be of service not only to construction clients, but also as part of a professional team overseeing a project.

Andre Roe

Andre decided on a career change from Apple Computers and entered into the franchise restaurant industry. After spending time in the restaurants and managing multiple national stores he went the route of Project Management. This was the beginning of his passion for the industry, where he progressed into the high-end business and residential developments.

Having completed corporate offices for various notable companies not to mention residential developments, one being The Strand Beach Apartments. The new venture faced within Projects-Unlimited compounds his previous experiences and he looks forward to the challenges that lie ahead.

Craig Le Sueur

Craig started his career, in the interior renovation field in 2001, subcontracted to many larger construction companies with a hands-on approach. In 2009 Craig broke out into the Corporate Industry embracing his role as a Project Manager, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in project delivery, and in turn delivering turnkey solutions to the client.

Craig has managed many processes with regards to the consolidation and mobilization of several large financial institutions during their phased relocations and office renovations, as well as managing various other corporate processes for leading cell phone, consulting and security companies.
